My stay at Park Plaza Cardiff had some highlights, but also several disappointments that overshadowed the experience. The location is superb, just a short walk from major attractions like the Castle and National Museum. However, the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired, and I faced issues with both the shower and the minibar. Overall, while there were aspects I enjoyed, I expected more from a hotel of this caliber.
